| Highlights of the Superstructure Manufacturing Process | · Flaw Detection Process: All the main welds of the tank are strictly operated in accordance with the flaw detection process (single-sided welding with double-sided formation: plate welding – copper groove, circumferential seam welding – ceramic backing process), and flaw detection (X-ray inspection) is carried out according to the flaw detection ratio specified in the standard of GB18564.1-2019. · Sandblasting Process: The surface of the tank is treated by sandblasting to achieve the effects of dust removal, dirt removal and rust removal, which enhances the paint thickness and adhesion. The baking paint process realizes pre-assembly + baking paint + final assembly. The paint on the whole vehicle has no dead angles and no omissions. |
